How much does a wedding photographer in Paris cost?
3 packages: Essentiel from 1 800 € (1 photographer, 4 h, ceremony + cocktail hour, 150 photos), Complète from 2 900 € (2 photographers, 8 h, from the getting-ready to the evening party, 380 photos, 24-48 h teaser, album and engagement session included), Prestige from 6 200 € (2 photographers + 1 videographer, 12 h, 450 photos, album, engagement session, drone and USB stick included). Every quote is then adjusted to your actual schedule.
What is the difference between the 3 packages?
The length of coverage, the number of photographers, the number of photos delivered and the options included. Essentiel covers 4 h — ceremony and cocktail hour — with 1 photographer. Complète covers 8 h, from the getting-ready to the evening party, with 2 photographers, a 24-48 h teaser, the album and the engagement session included. Prestige covers 12 h and adds a dedicated videographer, the drone and the USB stick.
What does a wedding photography package include?
Each of the 3 packages includes coverage on the day itself (4 h with Essentiel, 8 h with Complète, 12 h with Prestige), the selection and one-by-one retouching of every photo delivered, a private online gallery, the high-resolution files with private usage rights, 1 year of archiving, a preparatory meeting, a scouting visit to the venue and travel within Île-de-France. Complète adds a second photographer, a 24-48 h teaser, the album and the engagement session; Prestige adds a videographer, the drone and the USB stick on top of that.
How do I get a quote for a wedding photographer?
You tell me your date, your venue and the planned schedule through the contact form, and within 24 h you receive a quote itemised line by line, with no commitment. The quote starts from the package closest to your day, then adjusts to your actual schedule. The date is only held once the quote is signed together with the 30 % deposit.
What is the 24-48 h teaser?
A selection of 25 to 40 photos retouched as a priority and delivered 24 to 48 h after your wedding, ahead of the full delivery. Included in the Complète and Prestige packages.
What does the stated number of photos cover?
The figure given — 150, 380 or 450 depending on the package — is the number of images selected and then retouched one by one: light, colour, contrast. I take several hundred images over the day, then set aside the duplicates, the closed eyes and the technical misses. Raw files are not delivered.
How long do you keep my photos?
Your private online gallery stays available for 1 year, and your files are archived for 1 year after delivery. Do download your photos and keep your own copy during that period.
How long does the full delivery of the photos take?
Between 2 and 8 weeks depending on the package and the time of year: shorter in low season, longer in high season (May to October) because of the volume of retouching.
Can options be added (drone, photo booth, video, album)?
Yes. An extra photographer, a highlight video, a drone, a photo booth, an album, an engagement session, fine art prints, a keepsake box, a USB stick or a music slideshow can be added to any package that does not already include them, and are priced in the quote.
Is the style the same as for couple or lifestyle sessions?
Yes. The approach stays lifestyle and natural light. Natural still gets directed: I give you simple cues — where to stand, where to look, when to walk — so that you have nothing to know how to do in front of the lens. Priority then goes to the real moments: glances, laughter, emotion during the ceremony and the party.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Within 24 h of your enquiry through the contact form, with a proposal matched to your date, your venue, your schedule and the package you are interested in.
What exactly does a day of coverage include?
Depending on the package: the getting-ready, the ceremony (religious, civil or secular), the cocktail hour, the evening party (first dances, speeches) and time set aside for the couple alone. The quote adjusts to what you want covered.
Can we book a long time in advance?
Yes, and it is recommended: I only cover 4 weddings a year, so that each one keeps the preparation and retouching time it deserves. Saturdays from May to October go first.
What happens in case of cancellation or postponement?
The terms for the deposit, cancellation and postponement are set out in the contract signed at the time of booking.
What happens if you cannot make it on the day?
Should I be unable to attend (illness, force majeure), I immediately offer you a partner photographer from my network, chosen for how close their style is to mine, on the pricing terms of your contract and at no extra cost. The choice stays yours: nothing happens without your agreement, and if the replacement does not suit you, every sum paid is refunded to you within 5 working days.
What happens if a memory card fails?
Every photo is written simultaneously to two memory cards during the coverage, in two separate camera bodies. The files are then copied to two separate storage media before any card is erased. An isolated hardware failure therefore loses no image.
How can we be sure not to miss any family photo?
Before the day itself, we draw up together a short list of the combinations not to be missed: your parents, your witnesses, the grandparents, the group photo. It is ticked off on site, usually during the cocktail hour. It is a safety net, not a programme — the rest of the day is photographed freely.
